  • 1:1 conversations to help executives and entrepreneurs get clear about what they’re trying to accomplish, how they impact others, and how to become more energized and more effective as leaders.

SUCCESSION COACHING & PLANNING

  • Planning for succession and leadership transition is a critical responsibility that helps ensure the ongoing vitality of an organization; integrating coaching into the process ensures everyone is aligned around the plan. We take organizations through a strategic assessment process that helps clarify future leadership needs, develop potential internal candidates for key leadership positions, and identify gaps that may exist between existing talent and future needs. Essential to our process is the ongoing coaching of internal leaders and stakeholders to help enable strategic leadership decisions and thoughtful transitions. By directly addressing issues involved in retirement and transition such as identity, legacy, grief, and exploration.

CO-FOUNDER & TEAM COACHING

  • Combining individual and team conversations to more deeply understand team dynamics and improve team effectiveness.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Designing and facilitating workshops, talks, and training sessions to support leadership and team development. Topics are customizable and frequently cover things like communication/feedback, decision-making, trust, and team effectiveness.

ASSESSMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT & SELECTION

  • Developmental assessments help lay the groundwork for ongoing growth and leadership development, and can be conducted at the individual or team level.

  • Selection assessments are customized to create an efficient process that provides reliable information on how job candidates match the demands of the job and the team, and the needs of the organization.

CULTURE STUDY

  • An organization's culture can support or undermine its strategy. We help clients assess culture, evaluate the alignment between their culture and their strategy, create blueprints for maintaining key cultural elements while scaling, and evaluating how individual leaders are likely to fit with, adapt to, and/or shape culture.
