Leadhr is now Tuesday Advisors

Howard and I started Leadhr in January of 2020 with the goal of harnessing the power of assessment data to help organizations grow and develop. We set out to create a simple assessment platform that would allow users to understand their culture in a data-driven way, then use that information to coach employees, build stronger teams, and shape culture to fit strategy.

As we worked with our beta-testers and early clients, we learned that the data we collected was always of interest, but there was an amount of interpretation and contextualization we were able to provide as consultants that we couldn’t build into the platform in a scalable way. In fact, a number of our clients let us know that what they really valued about our work together was the advisory work we offered alongside our tool. Furthermore, our culture studies frequently led to other interesting areas of work that we wanted to pursue.

Not to mention, we really enjoyed the advisory conversations. So, we’ve decided to turn the volume up on consulting work.

As Tuesday Advisors, our aim is still to help individuals, teams, and organizations improve by leveraging the power of psychological insight. We’re still using our workstyles assessments and providing culture studies, but we’re expanding our services to include things like assessment for selection and development, individual and team coaching, and team development (e.g., workshops, off-sites, etc.). Oh, and why Tuesday Advisors?

Every other day of the week has some measure of significance except Tuesday. It’s the day after you make your start but before the end is in sight. It’s the everyday. But often the places where we need to look to better understand ourselves, our teams, and our organizations are in the moments of routine, ordinary, everydayness. In rebranding to Tuesday Advisors, we hope to emphasize our belief that there is wisdom to be found in the commonplace.
