Ross Blankenship, PhD

  • Ross is an organizational psychologist, author, and entrepreneur. As the founder of Tuesday Advisors, he partners with organizations on initiatives related to executive coaching, CEO succession planning, leadership development, and high-stakes hiring. As a coach, he works with CEOs and senior leaders and select number of non-profit executives and government officials each year. His leadership coaching practice integrates psychological insight with philosophical inquiry, emphasizing mindset shifts and behavioral experiments that help clients learn and grow. Known for his relational and pragmatic style, he specializes in coaching leaders who are navigating transitions, expanding skillsets, taking on new challenges, and wrestling with complex career questions.

    He is the author of Everyday Leadership: A Guide to Developing Your Mindset as a Leader (Routledge, 2024) and Assessing CEOs and Senior Leaders (APA, 2021). His research and writing has appeared in Leadership Quarterly, Forbes, and Psychology Today, and he frequently writes on his Substack, Now What?, a newsletter for inquisitive people who enjoy thinking deeply about their work.

    Before founding Tuesday Advisors, Ross co-founded Leadhr, a software startup that helped organizations measure cultural values at scale for hiring, onboarding, and team development. After taking the company through a startup accelerator, he successfully sold the IP to another HR technology firm. Earlier in his career, he was a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, advising Fortune 500 companies on executive hiring and C-suite succession. He also founded the executive assessment practice at Bespoke Partners, advising private equity-backed software firms.

    Ross holds certifications in Hogan Assessments, MBTI, SHL, CCL’s Benchmarks 360, and MRG’s IDI and LEA Suite. He earned his B.A. in English from the University of Virginia and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.

    He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife, two daughters, and their two vizslas named after bourbon: Woodford and Wink.

  • Andy Blechman holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader. He is the Co-founder and President of Bottle.com, a software platform that supports local food entrepreneurs. With experience as both a Founder and an early employee, he has played pivotal roles in driving two businesses to successful exits. Andy leverages his deep experience as a Founder and CEO to help clients scale ventures and navigate the startup ecosystem.

    Andy is deeply committed to leadership development and performance. To his coaching practice he brings a diligent focus on process improvement, performance metrics, and developing a competitive mindset. He is passionate about empowering leaders to unlock their full potential and make meaningful impacts within their organizations.

    In his capacity at Tuesday Advisors, he is helping to develop the "Everyday Leadership" workshop ecosystem, and finding ways to implement frameworks from the book in the startup environment. 

    Andy holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was Captain of the Varsity Lacrosse team. He lives just outside of Atlanta in the Serenbe community with his wife and three children.

  • Maggie Sass holds a PhD in consulting psychology and has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and designing learning experiences. To her coaching practice, she brings over a decade of experience at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she served as Senior Faculty, Global Portfolio Manager, and Leadership Solutions Partner.

    Maggie is passionate about fostering deep self-awareness and believes in the power of EQ to drive positive change in individuals, teams, and organizations. Her approach is characterized by a blend of research-driven insights and design thinking, which allows her to connect with clients on a personal level, understand their pain points, and provide the grounded insight and solutions that enable high performance.

    She is the co-author of “Better Conversations Every Day: 4 Core Skills That Will Change the Way You Lead and Life Your Life” and has contributed to several other publications on coaching, EQ, and giving effective feedback, including contributions to “The Handbook of Coaching Psychology”, “The Handbook of Coaching in Organizations”. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Maggie Sass, PhD

  • Caleb Morfit, PsyD is an organizational psychologist and leadership coach who helps leaders grow into the version of themselves their roles and their values demand. With over a decade of experience advising global organizations, he brings both psychological depth and practical insight to the work of leadership development. His coaching is built on a core belief: even the most capable leaders have both blind spots and untapped potential. Whether it’s navigating a transition, managing complex team dynamics, or leading at scale, Caleb helps clients see patterns more clearly, access new strategies, and lead with greater clarity and impact.

    Before founding his coaching practice, Caleb served as Senior Director of Global Assessment Strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led enterprise-wide efforts to evaluate, select, and develop leadership talent. Earlier in his career, he delivered coaching, assessment, and subject matter expertise at Deloitte, Vanguard, and Kaisen, in industries including hospitality, pharmaceuticals, finance, and manufacturing.

    Across settings, his approach remains consistent: use meaningful data, ask better questions, and connect insight to action. His work often includes:

    • Surfacing leadership patterns through psychometric tools and behavioral interviews

    • Delivering targeted coaching and development to address real-world leadership challenges

    • Predicting future potential by understanding long-standing personality attributes

    • Facilitating programs that increase team effectiveness and unlock collective performance

    Caleb is certified in Hogan Assessments, the MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence), Adept-15, and maintains an active connection with APA’s Division of Consulting Psychology (Division 13). He earned a BA in psychology from Bard College, and a PsyD and MBA from Widener University.

    Outside of coaching, Caleb can most often be found in the gym, reading sci-fi, or helping family and friends with projects around the house.
