Maggie Sass holds a PhD in consulting psychology and has extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and designing learning experiences. To her coaching practice, she brings over a decade of experience at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she served as Senior Faculty, Global Portfolio Manager, and Leadership Solutions Partner.
Maggie is passionate about fostering deep self-awareness and believes in the power of EQ to drive positive change in individuals, teams, and organizations. Her approach is characterized by a blend of research-driven insights and design thinking, which allows her to connect with clients on a personal level, understand their pain points, and provide the grounded insight and solutions that enable high performance.
She is the co-author of “Better Conversations Every Day: 4 Core Skills That Will Change the Way You Lead and Life Your Life” and has contributed to several other publications on coaching, EQ, and giving effective feedback, including contributions to “The Handbook of Coaching Psychology”, “The Handbook of Coaching in Organizations”. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
