Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching makes time and space for executives, senior leaders, and entrepreneurs to clarify what they’re trying to accomplish. From the pragmatic to the strategic to the existential, coaching conversations create new possibilities for how to become more energized and effective.
When people take on new leadership roles, they frequently feel overwhelmed by the transition. Whether they’re in your first leadership role or a role that requires them to expand the scope and range of their leadership capability, this transition requires evolution, integrating who they are now with who they need to become to meet the demands of the challenge in front of them.
But a lot of the stress comes from the mindset shift that’s required to adapt to new ways of thinking about oneself and one’s work. New relationships, new ways of learning, and new ways of interacting with others. Essentially, each person who assumes the role of “leader” must answer the question: “Yes, but how do I lead other people?”
How It Works

The first step of a coaching engagement is an introductory call where we can learn more about what you’re aiming to accomplish with coaching and coach fit. In some circumstances, we partner with coaches in our network who can provide specific expertise to the coaching conversation.

The second step is aligning on an engagement structure that fits your goals, including duration, cadence, assessment needs, etc. A typical engagement is 6-12 months with a scheduled hour-long call every other week; this also includes an open SOS line for emails/texts/calls (within reason).
